Jonas Michels
managing director

Jonas Michels is CEO of Fritz Classen and is responsible for the strategical and conceptual themes of the company. Before that he was active in the strategy and conception area of brand management in different industrial sectors (BASF, Acondor, Pfaff) and worked amongst other things in the brand development for AUDI AG. Together with the rest of the Fritz Classen family he develops new concepts and strategies for clients and works on new business opportunities for the developement of Fritz Classen.

Björn Welzel
managing director

Björn Welzel is CEO of Fritz Classen. The skilled construction technician studied mechanical engineering, industrial design and philosophy. After working in various industrial design projects (Thyssen Krupp, Karstadt Quelle, BASF) and as an editor and researcher for SPIEGEL ONLINE and TRENDBUERO Hamburg, he wrote his master thesis (Topic: quantitative and qualitative development of the European middleclass) at the market research department at AUDI AG. Thereafter he started working at AUDI AG in the departments milieu research and brand strategy. Beside his management tasks at Fritz Classen he is currently taking his doctorate on the subject "Luxury" at Folkwang University.

Corinna Mühlhausen
head of trend research and futurology

Corinna Mühlhausen, Diplom Kommunikationswirtin UdK Berlin, has worked as a trend and future researcher for about 20 years. She made her first trend research experiences with TRENDBUERO Hamburg and worked together with Prof. Peter Wippermann and Matthias Horx over many years. The focus of her research are always the people – with their values, needs and as a result, their consumption needs. This work forms the basis for the strategic and conceptual development of brands and clients who are accompanied by Fritz Classen.

Dr. Lavinia Neff
cultural Research Department

Dr. Lavinia Neff is the winner of the Junior Art Critics Award 2008. She studied fine arts and media theory at the University of Fine Arts Karlsruhe. She wrote her PHD thesis about "Business Art – The Artist as Businessman". Since 2009 she works as freelance consultant for art, as an author and cultural researcher.

Anatoli Miske

Anatoli Miske finished his studies at the technical academy of arts in Hamburg in 2013 with the thematic priorities app design, animation and communication design. After the triannual studies he started directly as graphic artist and illustrator at Fritz Classen.

Sina Domke
concept, illustration and creation

Sina Domke studied Industrial Design and Transportation Design at the University of Arts in Braunschweig and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor Degree. After her studies she worked as a freelance designer and photographer for several design companies. Sina is supporting us since February 2016 in the fields of concept, graphic design and product design. 

Nhat Tan Vo

Our newcomer Tan strengthens our Team since summer 2015 with his outstanding expertise in motion graphics and illustration. Tan studied communication design and supports us conceptually in the art direction and design of strategic documents.

Kevin Welzel
IT Project director

Kevin Welzel finished his vocational training as an Industrial Administrator for the company "planmöbel" in 2009. In 2015 he completed his studies of business information systems with focus on CRM at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hanover. In 2015 he took over the position of the IT project director.

Christine Wehmeier
Concept, Creation and layout

The communication designer with a penchant for print products has completed her bachelor's degree in Trier and finished her master studies in 2017 in Münster. Her curiosity led her to Hamburg at the beginning of the year, where she has been supporting us with her expertise ever since. 

Levin Walser
Konzeption, Front-End Development

Levin studiert in Würzburg seit 2015 Kommunikationsdesign und war als Praktikant zu Gast bei uns. Seit März 2018 unterstützt er uns als Werkstudent im Bereich Konzeption, Front-End Development und Gestaltung von strategischen Unterlagen.

Simon Beckmann
Concept, creation

Simon Beckmann studied furniture and product design at the Design Academy Eindhoven, from which he graduated in 2014. After first experiences in interior design and product photography, he joined our team in May 2018.

Nasser Brake

Whenever it is required to process big data efficiently, Nasser Brake comes into play. Nasser, who studied at the University of Oregon, is an excellent economist and supports Fritz Classen since 2014 as a freelancer in all aspects of data analysis, data evaluation and programming.

Sebastian Zerreis
Trend and innovation research

At Fritz Classen, Sebastian Zerreis focuses on innovation and technological developments, mainly in the automotive sector. After undergradute studies in economics and geography in Bayreuth and Suwon, he concentrated in his master’s degree on economic geography and innovation studies at the universities of Marburg and Utrecht. Also he gained practical experience in city marketing and the innovation management at AUDI AG.

Fabian Tressl

Fabian Tressl currently studies media management at the University of Applied Sciences in St. Pölten (Austria) with focus on strategic management as well as marketing & sales. He uses his expert's assessment specifically in the areas of market & media research, strategy development and statistics since February 2017 within the scope of an internship in the data evaluation for the automotive industry.

Justin Koch

Justin Koch is the director in the team of Fritz Classen. Whether it is process moderation for a workshop, professional direction for fiction and documentary, or an advertising production – Justin has a versatile expertise and the perfect empathy for each of these projects.

Stefan Mosebach

Stefan Mosebach finished his studies of communication design at the Folkwang University of Arts 2010 with an award-winning diploma. Since then he is working in Hamburg in the domain of composting, conception and strategy.
